Building a neighborhoodA neighborhood is defined by the attitudes and actions of the people who live there. Candlewood Ridge and Carriage Wood are known as enjoyable and safe places to live, in part due to the effort homeowners make to get to know their neighbors. It's a friendly and diverse community where people pitch in to help each other. And we have fun—with summer picnics, Easter egg hunts, garage sales and holiday toy drives. Volunteering, joining a committee or serving on the Board are wonderful ways to cultivate a close-knit community and make new friends. If you have suggestions or would like to get more involved—even if you only have time to help out for a short duration—please contact our Volunteer Coordinator. Your assistance is greatly appreciated and helps make CR/CW a great place to live. HOA Board of DirectorsThe CR/CW HOA is managed by seven elected Board of Directors.
